All purchases are final. Unfortunately and without exception, we cannot refund any food items that have been eaten or damaged upon leaving the premises.

Rentals & Special Events

All private events and restaurant rentals are required to pay a 25% estimated non-refundable deposit to book and hold your reservation. At 30 days until your scheduled date, you will be required to pay another 25% non-refundable deposit. At 7 days til the scheduled date, the remainder must be paid along with final guest count. Cancelations within 48 hours of the scheduled date may include the cost of food and beverage secured for the event.


Your payment and personal information is protected by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
